YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND AND DON’T WANT THE SERVICE ANYMORE
You can cancel your order and ask for a full refund if there is 24 hours or more left till the appointed service starts. If the order is already in progress and you would like to cancel it, you are eligible for a partial refund depending on the current progress.
Please do keep in mind that in case you don’t show up at appointed time for some of the major events that require booking the slot (for example Mythic Raid) we are not able to make a refund due to the fact that we can’t do the same event at a later date with another customer and that slot is lost till the next reset. In case you are not sure that you can attend the booked event by yourself you can always ask for our professional to do it for you.

First of all, we are very, VERY sorry. We will make a full refund or offer something special for you. In case you want some of the services that are cheaper than the service you have purchased, we will refund the difference between those prices.
